What are your fees? Rates vary depending on services being rendered. Please call or email to inquire about session costs.

What is the cancellation policy or no show? If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Do you accept insurances? Yes. We are in-network with several healthcare insurance plans. Please contact our office to discuss network participation.

Will I pay more for an out-of-network provider? Yes, you are more likely to pay more for an out-of-network provider than an in-network provider. Contact your health insurance provider to determine if your health insurance plan has out-of-network benefits. Protect yourself from surprise medical bills. Beyond Integrative Counseling and Consulting, LLC complies with the “No Surprises Act.” All clients receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) before starting therapy. What are your fees for business consulting? We charge business consulting services at an hourly rate. However, pricing varies based on project type, length, and if travel is necessary. Book a consultation to learn more.

What types of payment are accepted? Payment is due at time of service. Forms of payment accepted include: cash, check, all major credit cards (visa, master card, american express, and discover) as well as PayPal. We provide an electronic automatic billing option that we would be happy to discuss with you.
